This means any exerercise or workout you do, regardless of how hard you push, won’t be as effective as it would if you would switch up your Killer Fitness Plan and use different exercises. The second problem is motivation. No one likes going to the gym 4 times a week for a whole year doing exactly the same thing. It is boring and, simply put, sucks! A Killer Exercise Plan should be fun and enjoyable for whoever it is for.
