Las Palmeras is a luxurious apartment located on the new brand new development known as Las Palmeras de Calahonda. Las Palmeras de Calahonda is situated at the top of Calle de Don Jose Orbaneja, Calahonda on the Costa Del Sol, Spain. Las Palmeras Apartment is extremely well presented throughout and the owners have paid a great deal of attention to detail. The apartment sleeps up to 6 persons in 1 double bedroom, twin bedroom, plus sofa bed in the living room. Both bedrooms are well equiped with huge wardrobes. The main bedroom has patio doors onto the terrace from which there are stunning panoramic views over open countryside to the sea.

The living room has two luxury leather sofas to relax o , a dining table and chairs for 6 persons, a flat screen TV, Sky/Free view, DVD and IPOD docking station. Modern artwork, marble topped coffee table and elegant plants add the finishing touches applied to the apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped having a state of the art ‘touch control’ hob unit, built in oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Las Palmeras has two luxurious bathrooms, (1 en-suite), each having a full bath with shower over, double sink units, bidet, toilet, and large mirrors in each. The Las Palmeras complex has lovely swimming pools for your daily use to cool off in. Relax in the sun with a book by your own community pool!!

Calahonda is only a 10 minute drive away from the cosmopolitan Marbella where you will find excellent designer shopping, harbour restaurants, and 10 minutes from the bustling holiday resort of Fuengirola. Fuengirola is famous for Castillo Sohail, and has lots of history attached to it. Fuengirola has a lovely seafront promenade and lots of pavement cafes to suit all tastes.

If you are into sports Calahonda is ideally placed since it has plenty of golf course in the vicinity and even has its own 9 hole course, Club Siesta Golf situated on Calle de Don Jose Orbaneja. Also situated on Don Jose is Club Del Sol, which has 12 tennis courts a gymnasium and much more

If you do not fancy moving too far Calahonda has three commercial centres which house most of the development’s 45 restaurants, cafeterias and pubs as well as seven banks, and several supermarkets.
